Victoria Acors

Victoria has been a key part of The Stour Academy Trust since its formation in 2012 and has undertaken a number of teaching and leadership roles within the Trust. As Deputy Headteacher in 2015, Victoria was part of the team who achieved an Outstanding Ofsted and SIAMs judgement for Sturry CE Primary School. Since then, Victoria has taken on the role of Headteacher at both Adisham CE Primary School and Water Meadows Primary School, as well as Sturry CE Primary School, playing a fundamental role in all three school’s successful Ofsted inspections.

Appointed as School Improvement Partner in 2020, Victoria collaborates on a number of levels with a variety of teams in order to support all staff and children to grow and develop in our Academies. Victoria develops future leaders across the Trust and through the use of an enabling environment and continuous provision opportunities, is driven to continue to improve the transition of children through EYFS into Key Stage One.
