Stella Schâringer

Stella joined The Stour Academy Trust in 2015 as Headteacher of Sturry Primary School. Since then she has taken on the role of Headteacher at Water Meadows, followed by Headships at Finberry Primary School and Chilmington Green Primary School playing a key role in their successful Ofsted inspections. As Executive Head Teacher for Ashford she has led on developing collaborative working across the hub, sharing resources and making best use of expertise across the schools. Stella has worked collaboratively on our Head Teacher Induction Programme as well as leading our team of SENDcos.

Stella is passionate about and actively promotes inclusive practice based on providing equitable opportunities for all through developing learning spaces in which all children feel a sense of belonging, improved accessibility and personalised learning approaches. Stella brings with her over 20 years of experience of working in pre-school settings, primary schools and specialist resource provisions working as a teacher, advisor, leader and Dr of SEND and Inclusion.
