With over 19 years’ experience in administration, sales and finance, Sarah joined Sturry CE Primary School in 2008 as a Finance Assistant before quickly progressing into the role of Office Manager. A key member of admin staff during the formation of The Stour Academy Trust in 2012, Sarah has a wealth of experience in managing schools’ administration and has mentored and provided support to Office Managers across Kent. In 2018 Sarah became HR Assistant, where she was responsible for the collection and management of data relating to all Trust employees, including onboarding of new candidates, changes to employee contracts and managing the HR database. Sarah became Trust Admin Lead in September 2021 where she continues to use her considerable knowledge and experience in school administration to manage and support all admin staff in the Trust. Giving back to the local community is very important to Sarah, who in her spare time is the Beaver Scout Leader and Group Scout Leader for 1st Sturry.
