Director of Marketing and Communications
As Director of Marketing and Communications, Rob is responsible for increasing the awareness of and strengthening the reputation of all schools in The Stour Academy Trust including the MAT as an organisation. Rob plans and oversees the development of marketing and communication strategies to produce content that engages the MAT’s stakeholders at every level. Working closely with the Central Team, Rob designs systems and structures to ensure that all roles in the organisation are able to communicate efficiently and effectively, allowing staff to spend more time on tasks that matter.
With close to ten years experience working in education, Rob’s other key responsibilities include; social media management, online advertising, PR, internal communications, graphic design, web design, video production, recruitment and parental engagement amongst many others.
