As HR Assistant, Lauren is responsible for recruitment and onboarding of new employees across the Trust, liaising closely with Headteachers and senior leaders to support each school with their staffing needs. She collaborates closely with each school admin team to ensure interviews and pre-employment checks run smoothly.
With an experienced background in education, Lauren joined the Trust in 2018 as the PA to the CEO where she developed a wide range of skills and capabilities, which soon enabled her to support the wider Central Team.
As the Trust transitioned into a new phase of growth and development, Lauren took on the next phase of her own career development, becoming HR Assistant in 2021 alongside studying for a CIPD approved qualification (Level 3 HR Support). Working closely with the Director of HR and learning from other experienced colleagues, Lauren will go on to complete the Level 5 qualification in 2022.
