Kes Hewett

Kes joined the Trust as a Teaching Assistant at Sturry CE Primary School in 2022. Having spotted her talents early Kes was offered a role within the Central Team in October 2022 and has now taken over Recruitment for all eight schools in the Trust. Kes is responsible for positing job adverts and arranging interviews, liaising closely with our admin teams and supporting our Headteachers.

Kes previously worked in the Emergency Control Room for Kent and Medway Fire & Rescue Service as a Fire Control Operator for 12 years and also has experience working in the Civil Service and Catering.

Kes is a keen member of the local amateur dramatics society, regularly participating in productions varying from Christmas Pantomimes to comedy!
