The Stour Academy Trust is thrilled to report on the resounding success of the Annual Year 4 Camping weekend, held over the past two weekends for Year 4 children across the Trust. The camping adventure is an opportunity for children to take part in a weekend filled with fun, educational activities designed to foster resilience, teamwork, and creativity.
This year, the camping adventure saw children revel in a plethora of experiences, from inflatable activities and laser tag, to fire making and water games. But perhaps the highlight of the weekends was the traditional evening of songs and smores around the campfire, creating a warm atmosphere of camaraderie and a sense of belonging. The Trust is proud to offer these opportunities, completely free of charge, underscoring its commitment to provide engaging and enriching experiences for all pupils.
